Canva Flyers: COVID Missing you

A huge teacher trend lately has been getting all of the teaching staff together to make signs and post them to show their student community how much they are missing them. Our school decided to add to the fun so I had to think of something fun to do. My original intention was to draw them but then I realized I could try something new by using Canva to create fun flyers. I made one for my mom and one for me for us to take pictures with.

I am so excited with how cute they turned out. Since we are both Special Education teachers we have about 11-16 kids so I was able to fit all of the students names on the sheets.

I made a fun Ice Cream themed flyer and put the kids’ names in the ice cream scoop area. I of course deleted them for privacy reasons.

I then made another punny flyer for my mom. Her classroom is a fun farm theme so I thought this went great with her theme from this year. I put the students names on the piggy’s.

They both turned out adorable and I am really excited to make more fun flyers and things using Canva. I love Canva because it is free if you make sure to not use certain images that can cost money. I definitely have a list of things I want to make during our at home teaching to send and share with kids.
