ToyTheater.com

A few months ago I was planning a time lesson and had a feeling that there had to be something on the World Wide Web that could help my students have an interactive tool that they could use over zoom. That’s when I came across toyteater.com which has a ton of FREE yes you heard it, FREE interactive tools for students to use.

Now my favorite that they offer is the clock, timer, bingo, and elkonin boxes. Then there are some other fun brain breaks for students that fire up their neurons but may not be as academic and more of a game. Here are all of the different pages that they offer:

Below is an example of the reading page as an example:

This website is great not only because it’s FREE but because it has so many different skills beginning learners may need to strengthen their academics. This is something that could be used for centers, zoom learning (how I use it), free time with computers, or on a smart board with the whole class. The possibilities are really endless and a great way to incorporate technology and computer skills while maintaining academics and standards that your students are working on.

I hope this gave you a great idea of another technology tool you can use with your classroom and until next time,

Happy Teaching :)
